At present, it is envisaged that a special school assembly will be held on a day close to The 19^th July to acknowledge this significant occasion. The second Wednesday of term three is a possible date. The 19^th July falls on the last Sunday of the school vacation next year..

The main celebrations will take place later in the year, some time in October, when there is less chance of them being affected by inclement weather conditions.

We plan to have souvenir items such as glasses, coffee mugs and pennants for sale. A range of memorabilia will also be on display. A school song based on a well known tune is being prepared and the idea of some sort of public performance by the students is being considered.
